The larger ones are in a plastic portfolio with a sheet of cardboard to keep them from bending. We transport the smaller prints in a milk crate with file folders in it. We also sell stickers, buttons, and keychains too so that we're hitting multiple price points. Flagship products make it easier to sell the middle sized stuff too. You can always put them on sale but it's harder to charge more. Remember: don't price with your own wallet, price by what your customers are willing to pay. The 13x19 is more because it's a big ass print, and by skipping 11x14 it makes the bigger ones special. We do $10, $15, and $45 for the prints, but your prices might be different. Some of the older prints are 6圆, which can be printed on 13x19 paper easily.
